$30K Worth of Cash Rebates & Lucky Draw

1. Event Overview
– The S$30,000+ Cash Rebates & Lucky Draw Prizes promotion is part of Singapore Pet Festival 2026, held from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
– Customers who spend a minimum of S$50 (single or combined receipts) are eligible to participate in the Cash Rebates & Lucky Draw promotion.

2. Promotion Period
– The promotion is valid throughout all three event days from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
– Eligible purchase receipts must be submitted at the Lucky Draw & Cash Rebate Counters during the event operating hours.
– Purchases made outside the event dates or without valid receipts will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
– Customers must present purchase receipt(s) totalling at least S$50 (single or combined receipts) from participating vendors at Singapore Pet Festival 2026.
– Receipts must be submitted at the Lucky Draw & Cash Rebate Counters during the event.
– Only purchases made in person during Singapore Pet Festival 2026 are eligible.
– Each qualifying receipt submission entitles the participant to one (1) chance in the Cash Rebates & Lucky Draw promotion.

4. Cash Rebates & Lucky Draw Mechanism
– Eligible participants stand a chance to win from over S$30,000 worth of Cash Rebates & Lucky Draw Prizes.
– The maximum Cash Rebate awarded per winning entry is S$1,500.
– Cash Rebate winners will receive their Cash Rebate immediately on the spot upon verification.
– Participants who do not win a Cash Rebate will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw.
– The Lucky Draw will be conducted live daily at 2:15 PM and 7:00 PM throughout Singapore Pet Festival 2026.
– All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

5. Prize Redemption
– Participants must submit their qualifying receipt(s) before the respective Lucky Draw session to be eligible for that draw.
– Cash Rebate winners must be present at the point of announcement to receive their Cash Rebate. No proxies or late claims will be accepted.
– Lucky Draw prize winners are not required to collect their prizes during the event.
– Lucky Draw prizes may be collected from the Clubpets office after the event. Winners will be informed of the prize collection details and collection period.
– Winners are required to present valid identification and proof of purchase when collecting their prizes.

6. Purchase Verification
– Clubpets reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all purchases and participant eligibility before awarding any Cash Rebate or Lucky Draw prize.
– Winners may be required to provide additional proof of purchase, including signed invoices, payment records, official confirmations, or bank transfer evidence before any prize is released.

7. General Terms
– Clubpets reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all purchases and participant eligibility before awarding any prize.
– In the event of any dispute, Clubpets’ decision shall be final and binding.
– Clubpets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
– By participating, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
– All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with prizes of equivalent value at Clubpets’ sole discretion.

Clubpets Complimentary Tote Bag Redemption & Exclusive Bonus Tote

1. Promotion Overview
– The Clubpets Complimentary Tote Bag Redemption and Exclusive Bonus Tote promotion is part of Singapore Pet Festival 2026, held from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
– The promotion is open to all attendees with a valid Singapore Pet Festival 2026 admission ticket, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Complimentary Tote Bag Eligibility
– The redemption is valid throughout all three (3) event days from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
– Complimentary tote bag redemption is available daily at the Clubpets Booth during the following redemption timings: 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM
– The Exclusive Bonus Tote may be redeemed at the Clubpets Info Counter during the event operating hours upon fulfilment of the qualifying requirements.

3. Complimentary Tote Bag Redemption
– A valid Singapore Pet Festival 2026 admission ticket must be presented to redeem a complimentary tote bag.
– Each ticket holder is entitled to one (1) complimentary tote bag per day, subject to availability.
– Complimentary tote bags are available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
– Tote bag designs will be distributed at random and cannot be selected, exchanged, or reserved.
– Redemption is only valid during the designated redemption timings. No late, early, or missed redemptions will be accommodated.

4. Exclusive Bonus Tote Redemption
– To qualify for the Exclusive Bonus Tote, attendees must:
1. Attend all three (3) days of Singapore Pet Festival 2026;
2. Collect one (1) official verification stamp on the same Event Card at the Registration Counter each day; and
3. Present the completed Event Card with all three (3) verification stamps at the Clubpets Info Counter during the event.
4. Each completed Event Card is eligible for one (1) Exclusive Bonus Tote only.
5. The Exclusive Bonus Tote is available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
6. Lost, damaged, altered, duplicated, or incomplete Event Cards will not be accepted and will not be replaced.

5. Redemption Conditions
– All tote bag redemptions are subject to stock availability.
– No reservation, exchange, replacement, or cash alternative will be provided for any tote bag.
– Any unredeemed tote bags from a redemption session will not be reserved or carried forward to subsequent redemption sessions or event days.
– Tote bags must be redeemed in person by the ticket holder during the event.

– Clubpets reserves the right to verify attendee eligibility before approving any redemption.
– In the event of any dispute, Clubpets’ decision shall be final and binding.
– Clubpets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or revise these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
– By participating in this promotion, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Limited-Edition Large Shopping Bag Redemption

1. Promotion Overview
– The Limited-Edition Large Shopping Bag Redemption is part of Singapore Pet Festival 2026, held from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
– Eligible attendees who fulfil the minimum spending requirement may redeem one (1) Limited-Edition Large Shopping Bag, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Redemption Period
– The redemption promotion is valid throughout all three (3) event days from 31 July to 2 August 2026.
– Redemption is available only at the Clubpets Info Counter during the event operating hours.
– Redemption is available while stocks last.

3. Eligibility
– Attendees must spend a minimum of S$500 in a single receipt or combined receipts from participating exhibitors at Singapore Pet Festival 2026.
– Only receipts issued during Singapore Pet Festival 2026 (31 July–2 August 2026) are eligible.
– Original purchase receipt(s) must be presented at the Clubpets Info Counter for verification.

4. Redemption
– Each eligible attendee is entitled to one (1) Limited-Edition Large Shopping Bag per qualifying receipt submission.
– Limited-Edition Large Shopping Bags are available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
– Shopping bag designs will be distributed at random and cannot be selected, exchanged, reserved, or substituted.
– Redemption is valid only during the event operating hours. No late or deferred redemptions will be accommodated.

5. Purchase Verification
– Clubpets reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all purchase receipts before approving any redemption.
– Illegible, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, or invalid receipts will not be accepted.
– Clubpets may request additional proof of purchase where necessary.

6. General Terms
– All redemptions are subject to stock availability.
– No reservation, exchange, replacement, transfer, or cash alternative will be provided.
– In the event of any dispute, Clubpets’ decision shall be final and binding.

* This subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

2. All redemptions are subject to stock availability.
3. Limited to one (1) gift per eligible subscription.
4. Membership must be successfully activated before redemption.
5. Subscription gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credits, or other items.
6. Clubpets reserves the right to amend the promotion or substitute gifts without prior notice.
