Eligibility
* The Lucky Draw & Cash Rebate Draw is open to all visitors of the Singapore Pet Festival.
* To participate, customers must spend a minimum of $50 at any vendor booth during the event.
* Receipts can be combined or submitted per vendor, as long as the total meets the $50 minimum spend requirement.
How to Enter
* Participants must drop their receipts into the designated Lucky Draw boxes at the event.
* Receipts with a total purchase below $50 on the first day can be combined with purchases made on the second or third day to meet the entry requirement.
* Each receipt can only be used once for entry into the Lucky Draw.
Prize Distribution
Cash Rebate Draw (Ongoing Throughout the Event)
* Participants who present their eligible receipts at the Lucky draw and Cash Rebate counter will have a chance to win instant cash rebates.
* Participants are required to draw a slip from the Cash Rebate Box. If the slip indicates, “Congratulations, you are the Cash Rebate Winner,” they will be awarded an instant cashback equivalent to the amount stated on the submitted receipt.
* Each participant is eligible for one cash rebate chance per $50 receipt submission (one receipt equals one chance).
* If participant did not win the cash rebate, they will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw session happening at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, where you will have another chance to win Lucky Draw prizes.
* Cash rebates are only applicable to purchase receipts from vendors within the event, including the Clubpets merchandise counter. Receipts from purchases made outside the event are not eligible.
* The cash rebate amount is determined by the total payment made during the event.
Lucky Draw Sessions (2:00 PM & 7:00 PM Daily)
* All Lucky Draws sessions will be held by Clubpets Prize Presentation Booth.
* The Lucky Draw sessions will take place at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on 1 – 3 August 2025.
* Only Lucky Draw prizes will be awarded during these sessions—cash rebates are not included in these draws.
Lucky Draw Winners (10 per session):
* Winners will receive exclusive prizes such as staycations, F&B vouchers, and hampers up to $300.
* Winners are not required to be present at the event to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, Clubpets will contact them via phone or email for collection details after the event.
* The winners’ names will be announced by the emcee. If the winners are present during the lucky draw session, they can claim their prize in person immediately upon announcement.
* Lucky Draw Sessions are only open to participants who did not win the Cash Rebate Draw.
* If a lucky draw prize winner is absent, they will be notified and must collect their prize from the event organiser’s office within 7 days of notification.
Drawing Process
* The Lucky Draw will take place at the Clubpets Prize Presentation Booth at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM sharp on both event days.
* The organiser will shuffle the receipts and draw a total of 10 winners per session to ensure fairness for all participants.
Prize Redemption
* If winners are not present, they will be contacted via the details provided and must collect their prizes within 7 days of notification.
General Terms
* The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements, is incomplete, or is submitted fraudulently.
* Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
* The organiser’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Cash Rebate Draw and Lucky Draw.
Live Recording
* All lucky draw sessions will be recorded and streamed live on Clubpets’ Instagram. The recordings will also be posted shortly after each session.
Liability
* The organiser is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of participation in the Lucky Draw or the use of prizes.
Data Privacy
* By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for prize notification and event communication purposes.
Terms & Conditions
1. Event Overview:
The Clubpets Festival Flash Draw is part of the Singapore Pet Festival 2025, held from 1–3 August.
Customers stand a chance to win additional attractive prizes with a minimum spend of $50 (single or combined receipts).
2. Promotion Period:
* The flash draws is valid throughout all three days of the event.
* The Festival Flash Draw bonus sessions will take place twice daily at:
1. 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
2. 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
* Purchases made outside the event dates or without valid receipts will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility:
* Customers must present a purchase receipt totaling at least $50(Single or combined) from any participating vendor at the event.
– Receipts must be submitted at the Lucky Draw & Cash Rebate counters during the promotional hours to qualify.
– Only in-person purchases made at the event are eligible.
* This additional privilege is open to all attendees of the Singapore Pet Festival 2025 who submit their receipts within the promotion period window.
4. Prize Details:
– The Festival Flash Draw will be held twice per promotional period, with a total of 6 exciting prizes up for grabs over the 3-day event.
– Prizes include cash rebates, pet prams, and other attractive items, as displayed on the A1 poster at each counter.
* All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
5. Redemption & Claim Process:
* Participants must submit their valid purchase receipts at the Lucky Draw & Cash Rebate counters during the flash draw session windows.
* Draws will take place live on-site during each prize session (12 PM – 1 PM and 4 PM – 5 PM) before your chance at the main 30K worth of cash rebates and lucky draw prizes grand draw.
* Winners must present valid identification matching the name on the purchase receipt.
* Winners must be present at the draw to claim their prizes. No proxies or late claims will be accepted.
6. Purchase Verification
– Clubpets will conduct random checks on cash rebate winners. In addition to receipts, winners may be required to provide further proof of purchase (e.g., signed contracts, official confirmations, payment verification, or bank transfer records) before any rebates are issued.
7. General Terms:
* Clubpets reserves the right to verify purchase authenticity and eligibility before awarding any prizes.
* In the event of any dispute, Clubpets’ decision shall be final and binding.
* Clubpets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
* By participating, attendees agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
* Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equivalent value at Clubpets’ discretion.
